Join us for a gourmet – interactive fresh pasta class conducted by Executive Chef Michael Erlik of M Cuisine. Welcome drinks & fine canapés will be served upon arrival. We'll start with a demonstration of fresh dough making using teff, an ancient grain, and how to work with a pasta machine. This will be followed by “hands on” experience, working in groups, creating the various shapes & fillings. During the class we will cut, chop and cook our wonderful gourmet sauces using the finest import produce. Once preparation is done, it’s time to relax, and cook our various pastas “Al Dente” , ready to be served at our chef`s table .

When arriving after 6pm, please use the entrance from the U/G on Tong Bin Lane. After 6pm the Wong Chuk Hang Road entrance will be closed.

There is limited metered parking on Tong Bin Lane. The next nearest multilevel parking is located in One Island South.
