How often do you get the chance to cycle safely through urban Hong Kong and learn more about its history?

Join Justice Centre Hong Kong and the Hong Kong refugee community to cycle through the streets of Hong Kong. This unique, family friendly event will run through Kowloon; starting in Olympic and ending in Jordan. We will stop at a number of key places of interest where you can learn about the history and life of Hong Kong's refugee population.

Stops will include:

- The area where Edward Snowden found shelter during his time in Hong Kong,
- A visit to Mei Ho House, a heritage museum and the first settlement for refugees who fled from China.
- Experience the parts of Sham Shui Po where many of Hong Kong's refugees live.

We've teamed up with Hong Kong Cycling Alliance whose experienced cyclists will ride with us in support of World Refugee Day. The police will provide a motorbike escort to ensure everyone remains safe.

Entry fee is $500 for adults, $250 for children. Everyone who enters receives a cycling bib to wear on the day.

We encourage you to seek additional fundraising which can be done easily online using Charitable Choice or Simply Giving.

$195 per month helps a refugee with family and children to start to overcome the effects of their persecution through an information session

$300 per month helps pay for a victim of torture to attend a social welfare session

$500 per month provides interpretation for a survivor of human trafficking for a legal appointment

Let's ride together to change lives together.

No Bike? No problem.

We can help organise bicycle hire and delivery/collection for those who need it. This is at an additional cost of HK$160 (includes delivery and pick up from the bike shop.)

* Please ensure you add 'Bike Hire' to your basket, and let us know your height so we can get the right size bike for you!

Have a bike already? Then just sign-up and turn up! There will be a police escort to keep everyone safe.
